The series are equipped with wire break detection functionality, which can continuously monitor the operating status of the tension system. If a wire break or other faults occur, the tensioner immediately detects it and triggers an alarm to notify the operator, thereby effectively preventing production losses or downtime caused by wire breaks. This feature is crucial for ensuring the stability of the production process and the quality of the products, especially in industrial applications with high precision requirements.

This series of tensioners can communicate with the upper-level system via the CAN interface, enabling bidirectional data exchange:

•Sending data to the upper-level system: The tensioner can transmit real-time tension, equipment status, and other data to the upper-level system through the CAN interface, facilitating real-time monitoring and data recording.
•Receiving commands from the upper-level system: The upper-level system can send control commands to the tensioner via the CAN interface, such as adjusting tension parameters or starting/stopping the device, allowing for centralized control and optimized operations.

This bidirectional communication improves the automation level and flexibility of the system, enabling more precise control and data analysis.
