MAGNETIC TENSIONER NMTC SERIES
The Magnetic Tensioner NMTC series uses permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel.
The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.
The main Pulley's latest improved and upgraded design eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding.
Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan.
NMTC Tensioners come with back tension adjustments and wire breakage detection switch; are suitable for wide range of winding applications.
